Breaking down the definition so that you will know what this House is, why this particular House will be built around the world, and why those who build House of Sancti do so for the sake of storing a sustainable projects portfolio that will benefit everyone everywhere:
Social Entrepreneurship
is hereby defined as
the practice of using traditional entrepreneurial skills to solve contemporary social problems, as well as solving minor problems that may cause any future snowball effect uneccessary suffering, particularly human physical/mental health issues.
Boutique Firm
is hereby defined as
small, spezialized business with a focus on a niche market and/or offering highly tailored services. Number of staff members are generally small, and thereby able to provide a more personlized envionment with direct access to leadership, which enables a good match in collaboration with larger companies, organizations, and government as the boutique firm brings very little bureaucracy to the negotion table; lean structure business operation enables agility and innovation in high quality service delivery.
Concept
- Identifying a social need, locally, nationally, globally.
- Using business techniques/developing new business techniques to address the problem(s) in a sustainable way, always focusing on the problem rather than the solution(s) thereof.
- The aim is first and foremost to generate social value in form of human and social capital, though financial sustainability through highly valued intellectual capital that will produce generous financial capital is crucial to the business model's longevity.
Vision
The best way to describe the vision, one must first understand the concept (above), and then learn (below) what House of Sancti is not:
- House is a legal business entity. It is set up as a sole proprietorship in Denmark, where the first house is built. Thereafter, all houses will be set up as LTD, LLC, SAS/SARL depending on the country, where the first house will hold majority 51% ownership. This model prevents anyone from establishing a fraudulent house anywhere. preventing anyone from being defrauded in any way. Because of the traditional set-up House of Sancti is:
- NOT a non-profit organization, nor a public sector (govenmental) entity...BUT: House of Sancti can and will work with both non-profit as well as governments in order to work on mutual visions to achieve common goals.
- NOT non-political/non-religious...BUT: a private business entity that is apolitical and a-religious, thereby remaining neutral when it comes to politics and religion. Many social issues are attached to both political and/or religious issues, thus House is open to everyone as partners no matter political/religious affiliation, as long as there is legal supra-national compliance where the projects are being conducted/completed. The short-version: House of Sancti is not and will never be aligned one particular political view nor one particular religion; the social problems and projects thereof themselves lead which affiliation will be most beneficial.
- NOT affiliated with socialism. There has been a misconception that the social-aspect of the business enitity's definition refers to socialism. The record is set straight here and now: it does not allign with socialism ideology, and could not allign with such due to apolitical status.
Why
Social entrepreneurs usually ask a lot of questions that begin with why. These are the WHY-questions that began the formation of House of Sancti, just like many other humble beginnings of other entrepreneurial firms and social enterprises:
WHY is this (problem X/Y) still a problem in contemporary time and space...?
WHY isn't someone doing something about it..?
House of Sancti is ,therefore, constructed
with the framework of the idea in mind, that problems will not escalate if there is thorough knowledge gathered to create a solution.
Furthermore,
realizing that the person(s) inquiring about why no one else has identified certain social problems, nor aimed at providing a solution once problems were identified, is because the person asking such questions could easily be that person who should be in the business of doing something about it.
After many years of research,
House of Sancti will continue leave the light on, metaphorically speaking, in order to highlight critical problems, while illuminating possible and (must often crucial) solutions, avoiding at all cost what is referred to as streetlight bias.

the firm's project portfolio continues to grow, and how the House continues to design and build both short-term as well as long-term solutions while staying loyal to its:
Mission
- Creating positive social impact through ongoing innovation. As critical social problems are reprioritized constantly, so will the innovations have to adapt...thus, the focus is always on the problem(s) rather than being blinded by solutions that may become obsolete due to new problems. It is a contant innovation-in-motion in order to provide you wellness in every possible way.
- Success in the House of Sancti is when we all succeed...no one left behind on the path of progress. The measurement of such success is by the positive social impact that will not create negative social impact elsewhere, alongside any self-sustainable financial metrics that will provide an exit strategy once the social gap is closed.
Where
Choosing future House of Sancti locations is a project in itself, as location must be matched to a region where it is feasible to register a legal business entity.
As House of Sancti is defined as an international boutique firm, it must remain in that business sphere, bringing fluidity to House expansion in small units and flow to the boutique office locations.
It will, therefore,
never become a global company in size, nor in attitude, because
many projects- though intertwined- focus on national issues/national social norms. The boutique units will over time spread all over the world, and according to a model in which several locations will work vis-a-vis on inter-nationally intertwined social problems in small but focused groups, where all staff are stakeholders thus leadership wotking with collaboration partners and sub-contrators.
The decision(s) are based,
after heavily researching the areas, on gathered information while using RATT theory (Rational, Atypical Thoughts and Theories) to conduct PESTEL analysis (Political, Economic, Sociological, Technological, Legal, Environmental).
As the realms of the PESTEL
areas change more rapidly in current time in all geographical spaces and societies thereof, the analysis shifts location priority in order to optimize successful project completion.
However,
House of Sancti will re-open by registering a legal business entitity in the United Kingdom now that the UK company law ahs been changed by implementing improvements to the 2024 Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
The firm had to close its doors in London primarily because another business conducted their business under House of Sancti's business registration, under the same categorization.
The firm will also open up in France, as Paris and Lyon have been matched to be the best locations for three major undisclosed projects.
